Dr. Nancy Herlevich, O.D.

Dr. Herlevich graduated cum laude from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry. She completed her externship at Colorado Optometric Clinic in Denver, Colorado. Prior to her work as an Optometrist, she worked for 5 years as an Ophthalmic Assistant and 3 years as an Ophthalmic Instructor. She received her undergraduate degree from Molloy College and her Master's in biology from Adelphi University.

Dr. Herlevich served as President of the North Central Florida Optometric Society from 1999-2000.  She received an award for Excellence in Contact Lens Fitting from Sunsoft.  She is currently a volunteer vision care provider for various community organizations including:  Jeppeson Vision Quest and Florida Optometric Association.
